We're having a Mother's day Picnic! I needed a little decoration and a bit of color. I made the banner rosettes simply from folded fans of tissue paper stapled in the middle , hot glued together, with letters bordered with crepe paper streamers.
The little extras I cut off, teeny little rosettes. I have to think of something to do with them, yet!I keep thinking I should make more to scatter around....
